Return Policy

SBX allows returns on most items within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please note that custom product orders are non-returnable and final.

Refund Processing 

Upon receipt of your return/item(s) at our warehouse, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Returning Gifts

Yes, products received as gifts can be returned. However, you will need the original order confirmation number and email address used for the return process. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Limited Warranty Policy 

Most SBX products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original buyer from an authorized dealer.

Custom Products

Lead times for custom items are displayed during checkout and in the order confirmation email. You'll receive tracking information via email once your custom item(s) ship. Cancellation or modification of custom orders is not permitted once placed, as we begin building your custom product immediately.

Returning Custom Products

Custom products are specifically made to your requirements, thus we cannot accept returns unless there is an error on SBX's part. Please ensure accuracy before submitting your order. SBX reserves the right to reject designs with profanity or offensive content.
