Excellent Quality
Great break in, could have used just a touch more
Wonderful, my daughter loves this Mitt. It’s easy for my daughter to close, fits her hand well, and she’s making every catch. We got the game ready break in. It could have used just a touch more break in. All in all, very happy.
Claiming 90% break-in is a bit misleading. Glove was clearly worked on and more broken-in than a fresh glove, but 90%? Closer to 50% if I had to put a number on it. Still better than nothing, but $60?
Mitt came a few weeks faster than expected, which was awesome. Looks fantastic and is a quality product Paid for the 90% break-in service, and while I wouldn't say it's 90%, it's a decent head start, maybe not $60 worth, but made it easier for my daughter to use faster. Will likely buy a custom fielding glove before next season.
I was a little bit tentative of a pre-order at first, as SBX was a new company to me. But this glove came in under the timeline that was promised. It looks exactly as pictured, and plays incredible!! Definitely would recommend the break-in service for this glove specifically, as snake-skin style leather is some of the toughest to break in. I had so many questions, and SBX's customer service is bar-none some of the best I've ever dealt with. Because of this, I'm already in the process of designing my second glove from them (a custom). Definitely don't sleep on the Phantom! I barely dropped a ball my first few games out in left-field. Had some amazing games, and the slap is soo satisfying when you catch the pocket. I was on firee. 🔥 Thank you guys so much for an amazing experience. Can't wait to work with SBX some more, and rep the brand! 😎
Sincerely,

We just received our 2nd fastpitch catcher's mitt. My daughter and I contingent be impressed with the quality and ability to use with very little break-in time.
Amazing quality glove! My wife and daughters love them
todavía no lo e uso pero es una belleza y además muy buen material
My daughter who is in 14U travel softball absolutely loves this glove.
Great glove! Comparable to any other top glove on the market.
Glove definitely worked. Would say more 80/20
Beautiful glove, my daughter love the USA colors. Was easy to break in. Fits really good.
Ordered custom 14" glove for playing OF in slowpitch. Love the customization options to get a team logo added and the color availability. Took a while to get through the break-in process because of the quality leather, but now that I'm using it in games it's been a big upgrade.
It's a beautiful mitt. My 12 yr old granddaughter loves it. It is pretty stiff out of the box, but I sent an email to ask the best way to break it in. I got instructions and have been able to get it into shape.
My daughter loves it she says it’s amazing
Gloves looks great and feels strong, very happy with the outcome.
Great quality thank you my granddaughter loves it good leather took still need some breaking in almost there custome name come out great thank you
Came in sooner than I expected. Quality work. Design was spot on. Will definitely be making future purchases
My daughter is 16 y.o.and plays travel and high school Fastpitch softball at the shortstop position. She’s had many gloves throughout her career and she is very happy with her new SBX T2 11.75” glove. We opted for the glove break-in service and it was well worth it. She said the glove is not too soft and still has just a small amount of breaking-in.I highly recommend the break-in service for players that want to start using their glove upon delivery. Delivery was fast and I would highly recommend choosing SBX for your next Fastpitch players choice of gloves.
Glove came out amazing and the service was awesome
Still working on breaking it in love the colors. It turned out great.
Great glove and great customer service. My daughter is 11 and plays 12U competitive, moving up from a nationally ranked 10U competitive team. She’s an outfielder, and this 12" glove is a perfect fit for her.
My first experience with a custom glove is this glove for my daughter from SBX, which she designed. It looks great, and the leather quality is great. We've been working on breaking it in, by focusing on the hinge points and it is coming along nicely. Thanks SBX!
